Correspondence screening

Organizations already scan the physical correspondence they handle. Vaenta will treat those scans as first-class evidence: every page turned into text, screened for the same risk categories as recorded conversation, and joined to the same record.

Every page of scanned correspondence, read to the same standard as a call.

Coordination does not stop at the phone. When calls start drawing attention, instructions move to paper: coded letters, numbers worked into drawings, photographs with writing beneath them. Screening correspondence to the same standard as recorded conversation closes that gap, and joins both channels into one investigative picture instead of two half-pictures.

Where it stands today

The analysis behind risk findings is source-agnostic by design: it does not care whether the words came from a transcript or a page. It has only ever run on audio, so correspondence intake and the investigator views for it are the remaining build.

What it will do

  • Page-by-page text extraction from scanned correspondence
  • Hidden-content checks: microprint, concealed writing, extracted photos
  • The same risk categories and findings as recorded conversation
  • Correspondence joined to conversation in one corpus: one search, one link graph, one case file
  • Privileged correspondence excluded before analysis, the same bright line as calls
