What this site collects
The public pages of this site have no accounts, no forms, no cookies, no analytics, and no tracking of any kind. They make no requests to third-party services from your browser.
Hosting and server logs
The site is served by a third-party hosting provider. Like any web host, that provider processes routine technical logs (IP address, user agent, requested URL, and timestamp) to operate and secure the service. We do not combine these logs with any other data.
If you write to contact@vaenta.com, we receive what you choose to send. We use it solely to respond, we do not sell or share it, and we keep it only as long as the correspondence requires.
Your rights
You may request access to, or correction of, personal information we hold about you (PIPEDA; in Quebec, the Act respecting the protection of personal information in the private sector). Write to contact@vaenta.com.
Internal staff area
A section of this site (/portal) is an access-restricted internal tool for authorized Vaenta staff. It is not part of the public site and is not intended for visitors. When an authorized staff member logs in, we set a single strictly-necessary cookie to keep them signed in. This cookie is used only for authentication and is never set for public visitors. We do not add any analytics, advertising, or tracking cookies, and public visitors to this site continue to receive no cookies.

Updates to this policy are posted on this page with a new effective date.
